• Custom items: 5–10 business days
• Rudraksha (1–21 mukhi): Additional energizing time may apply

3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier:
• Nepal: 2–5 days
• India: 5–10 days
• International: 7–21 days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Cross-Border Shipping Clause
Because products ship from Nepal:
• Customs delays may occur
• Aura Align is not responsible for customs fees
• International delays are outside our control

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Aura Align is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Customs issues
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
We will, however, assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

8. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours
• Provide photos of the damage
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy
