1. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed prior to:
• Scheduling a session
• Receiving a digital report
• Dispatching any KarmaaCrafts product
We accept:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Digital Wallets
• Online Payment Gateways
• Currency Clause (NEW)
• Regardless of currency used:
• All payments are legally processed under Australian jurisdiction.
2. Refund Policy for Services
Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our work:
No refunds will be issued for:
• Completed sessions
• Delivered digital reports
• Missed appointments
• Energy or Vastu consultations already conducted
Refunds may be issued only if:
• You cancel 24 hours before the scheduled session
• A technical issue prevents the session from taking place
3. Refund Policy for Products
Refunds are available only if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The incorrect item was delivered
To qualify, you must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence
• Return the unused product in original packaging
Non-Refundable Items
• Custom numerology-aligned bracelets
• Custom malas
• Energized Rudraksha
• Personalized rings or pendants
4. KarmaaCrafts Nepal Operations Clause
• Products are shipped from Nepal. Delays caused by Nepalese logistics partners are not the responsibility of Aura Align.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for sizing issues if the item is unused and in original condition.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
