• Nepal-based clients accept these terms by booking

8. Currency & Payment Jurisdiction
Even if payments are made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR):
• All transactions are legally considered processed under Australian jurisdiction
• Currency choice does not change governing law

9. KarmaaCrafts Nepal Operations Clause
KarmaaCrafts products are:
• Produced in Nepal
• Shipped from Nepal
• Handled by Nepal-based logistics partners
However:
• All sales, refunds, and disputes are governed by Australian law
• Aura Align remains the legal seller
